SubeR FAMILY

A little closer. A little more organized.

A planned place for adult family members to keep in touch, make plans and find the things they share.

LESS SCATTERED. MORE TOGETHER.

The idea for Family

Small, useful ways to stay connected.

Planned

Updates

A place for everyday messages and replies, without losing them in a busy group chat.

Planned

Plans

Keep a gathering, shared task or next visit in one place, so everyone knows the plan.

Planned

Files

Find the everyday files your family chooses to share, with clear access for each person.

THE STARTING POINT

Privacy before sharing.

Sharing should be a choice, with clear limits on access and what happens if a link is forwarded.

  1. Access should be deliberate.

The goal is account-free family access. Any private link or password would need server-side checks and a way to revoke it. A hidden page or a password box alone is not protection. No private-access option is live yet.

  2. Keep existing files restricted.

For now, use your file provider’s existing sharing controls. In Google Drive, check “Restricted” access and the named people who can open the file. Linking from another website does not add protection or grant permission.

  3. Know what a private space can’t undo.

Removing someone’s access would stop future access, not erase copies they already saved. Family is not intended as a vault for passwords, medical records, payment details or identity documents.
