How location works
If you already allowed location for SubeR, it can suggest a nearby area automatically. Otherwise, choose Use my location to ask your browser. Your selected town takes priority. SubeR uses coordinates only on this page; it does not send or save them. Your browser’s location service has its own privacy terms. Suggestions use approximate 2021 Statistics Canada municipal reference points, which may be far from downtown. Some available locations do not yet have reference points; find those by name or dropdown. Reference-point source.
Town names only, not street addresses.

A LITTLE LOCAL KNOW-HOW
Before the work starts.
A few details make it easier to find the right help.
Snow plowing and windrows are different jobs
Clearing the road can leave a ridge of snow at the end of a driveway. A plow’s location doesn’t tell you whether that ridge has been cleared. Ask a provider if driveway entrances, sidewalks and repeat visits are included.
Choose your municipality for official winter informationMake the leaf job specific
Say whether you need raking, bagging, curbside placement or removal from the property. Confirm who supplies bags, whether hauling is included, and your town’s current collection rules.
Agree on the lawn-care basics
Share the approximate lawn size and any access limits. Ask whether edging, clipping collection, waste removal and a recurring schedule are included in the quote.
Set clear house-cleaning expectations
Share an approximate home size, the rooms to clean and the priorities. Confirm who supplies products, what’s included and whether you need a one-time or recurring visit. Don’t share entry codes, keys or security details in a job request.
How do I arrange a service?
Choose a listing and use its business phone, email or website to contact the provider directly. Confirm the work, address, price and schedule with them. You can prepare a job brief here first. SubeR is a directory: it doesn’t book work, take payment or receive municipal GPS data.

FOR LOCAL CONTRACTORS
Great work.
Closer to home.
For the people who clear the snow, care for the yard and make a home shine.

Category photographs show examples of services. Provider listings use source-backed business details; photography does not imply a provider’s work or endorsement.
HOW THE DIRECTORY WORKS
Clear services.
Direct contact.
SubeR brings published home and yard services together so customers can find a business and contact it directly.
Browse business listingsPublic business information
Listings use the business’s published services, service areas and contact routes. Source links and review dates are included.
Service areas stay specific
A listing can cover a town, selected neighbourhoods or a particular type of work. Customers see these limits before they make contact.
The agreement is yours
Discuss the job, current availability, pricing and insurance directly with the customer. Inclusion is an independent public listing, not a SubeR endorsement.
A CLEARER CUSTOMER CONVERSATION
Check a job request.
Organize the details you already have, find gaps and prepare questions before discussing a quote. Work details stay in your browser; nothing is sent.
TALK TO SubeR
Your business. Your next step.
Request a directory listing, ask about advertising pricing or send a business question. Your enquiry goes privately to SubeR for review. It doesn’t create an account, publish a listing or purchase advertising.
Keep SubeR close.
Add SubeR to your Home Screen for quick access to local services. An internet connection is needed.
Help keep the directory accurate.
Use “Report a listing issue” on any business card to flag a public contact, service or coverage detail. Reports are stored privately for SubeR’s owner to review. A report doesn’t automatically change a listing or notify a provider.
