SubeR HEALTH / SLEEP

Make room for better sleep.

Practical ideas for falling asleep, staying asleep and noticing how you feel in the morning — without chasing a perfect score.

Try the Sleep tools

Support a calmer night

Caffeine late in the day and alcohol near bedtime can disrupt sleep. If you cannot sleep, a quiet relaxing activity and returning to bed when sleepy may help.

Notice your mornings

Both sleep duration and how you feel matter. Adults aged 18–60 generally need at least seven hours of sleep; needs vary with age and between people.

Time in bed is not the same as time asleep. This page does not measure either.

How rested do you feel?

An optional morning check-in, not an assessment. There is no history or score.

No check-in selected.

A single morning cannot tell you why you feel this way.

When tips are not enough

For persistent insomnia, ask about cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), a usual first treatment. These checklists are not CBT-I.

Frequent loud snoring, gasping, witnessed breathing pauses or substantial daytime sleepiness deserve professional advice. This page cannot diagnose sleep apnea. Do not drive when sleepy.

Bring a useful sleep diary to an appointment

A clinician may suggest noting bedtime, waking, naps and daytime sleepiness for one or two weeks. Record this privately somewhere appropriate; this page does not save a diary.

Privacy, sources & what these tools do

Sleep choices, checkmarks and the optional check-in stay in this open page’s memory. This feature does not save them, send them to a server, use them for AI advice or add health tracking. Clear removes the open entries; leaving or reloading clears them too. Browsers and devices may still retain history, autofill, screenshots or session recovery. This is not a secure health-record vault.

Your existing SubeR appearance, bookmarks and weather remain separate. Shared features may use browser storage. Weather uses only your saved or default weather location, never Sleep entries. The host receives normal page and asset requests. Sources are ordinary links; opening one visits that website under its own privacy policy, without attaching your entries.

Public-health and medical sources reviewed 27 October 2026. Tools are simple planning aids, not medical devices or validated treatments. No account, health-file upload, Apple Watch/Fitness connection, alarm or automatic reminder is included.
