Calculations and checklist
Except for the optional Musician show-day draft and receipt organizer described below, Work calculators and checklists, including Musician setlist, gig-cost and rehearsal tools, run in this page’s JavaScript memory. This feature does not save their entries to browser storage or send them to a server. The Payroll workspace has an explicit local JSON backup download and local-file restore. Selecting a restore file reads it in this browser; it is not uploaded. There are no microphone or camera requests, remote uploads, employee accounts, external AI forms, third-party analytics scripts or embedded calendars on these Work pages.
Use hypothetical or non-identifying numbers. Do not enter client records, account identifiers, employee identifiers, social insurance numbers, banking details, health information or confidential payroll records. This is not an employer-approved payroll system or a secure records vault.
Payroll workspace backups and custom notes
The pay-period planner, time rows, custom checklist and workplace-rule notebook are session-only by default. Custom rules are unverified notes, not legal guidance, and are never applied to calculations. Clicking Download creates a plain, unencrypted JSON file containing just this workspace’s entered schedule, time rows, optional rate, custom checklist and rule notes. It does not include the older calculators or shortcut list. Your browser, operating system or synced download folder may keep copies; the file is not a secure records vault.
Restore reads only the file you explicitly choose, locally in your browser. Files over 256 KB, unsupported versions, unknown fields and invalid values are rejected without replacing your work. A validated preview requires a separate Replace click. The previous workspace is retained for Undo during this session. Reset also asks first; individual removals can be undone without removing other current entries. Undo history is temporary and is not included in backups. Neither action erases downloaded files, browser backups or external copies.
Your existing SubeR appearance
Work reads your saved SubeR colours and motion choice without changing them. Old background-photo records are not read, displayed, uploaded or deleted. The shared weather bar checks current conditions and forecasts using your saved weather location, or Toronto by default, through SubeR’s weather endpoint. It does not request device location or use Work entries, notes, messages, shortcuts or restored files. Weather preferences and a temporary forecast cache use browser storage separately from Work tools. The backdrop may follow that weather summary or use device-clock ambience when current conditions are unavailable. Open Weather for location choices and source details.
Tool-card photos and illustrative diagrams are local site assets. Photo credits are links, not remote embeds. Work search and filters stay in page memory and are not saved or sent.
DJ mix recording
SubeR DJ reads up to two explicitly selected local audio files (100 MiB each) for playback and mixing. No files or filenames are uploaded or saved by this tool. Start recording records only the mixer output, never a microphone, for up to 20 minutes or 64 MiB. One recording stays temporarily in memory until you download or discard it. Leaving or reloading can lose it. A downloaded mix is a normal unencrypted audio file; your operating system or synced downloads folder may retain copies. Use audio you have permission to mix and record. Spotify streams are not accepted.
Musician show-day drafts
Only when you choose Save on this device, the show-day clock, duration inputs and four meal / gear checks are saved in this browser under suber:musician:showday:v1. Drafts are never loaded automatically: choose Load saved draft and confirm replacement. No account or cloud sync is involved. Timers, audio, songs, costs, logos, personal checklists and other settings are excluded. Anyone with access to this browser profile or same-site storage may read the draft. Browser storage can be blocked or cleared; export a backup if needed.
Export JSON requests a plain, unencrypted JSON download of those same fields. Your browser, operating system or synced download folder may retain copies. Import reads only your selected file locally (maximum 4 KB), validates its version and fields, and asks before replacing open inputs. Import does not save automatically or start a timer. Delete saved draft asks first and removes only the saved show-day draft; the open worksheet and other SubeR data remain. Clear musician entries clears open fields, not the saved draft or downloaded copies.
Musician receipts and expenses
Receipts use a separate browser-only IndexedDB database, suber-musician-receipts-v1. Nothing is loaded automatically. Choosing Save stores the expense fields and optional original receipt; Delete, Undo and confirmed backup Restore also explicitly change this organizer’s saved list. There is no account, upload, cloud sync, OCR, AI analysis or expense submission. Other SubeR settings and the separate show-day draft are unchanged. Use current show copies only the temporary show label and date into blank receipt fields, not addresses; it does not save.
Storage is unencrypted and best effort, not a secure vault. Anyone with access to this browser profile or same-site storage may read it. Browser cleanup, private browsing and device changes may lose it. Limits are 100 expenses, one JPEG/PNG/WebP/PDF per expense, 4 MB per file and 20 MB of files total. Images can be previewed locally; PDFs are download-only. Files are not scanned or verified as authentic. Open only files you trust.
CSV exports the loaded expense list with spreadsheet-formula guards, not receipt files. Full JSON backup includes that list and original file bytes; neither includes unsaved editor changes. Download this editor draft is a separate one-expense JSON backup, including its receipt, available even when saving fails. Downloads are plain, unencrypted files that the browser, device or synced folder may retain. Restore reads only the selected file locally (maximum 30 MB), validates it and asks before replacing the saved list. Delete does not erase downloads or external copies. Undo lasts only until the next successful change, load or reload. Keep a safe backup. Progress labels are manual notes, not expense eligibility, tax advice or confirmed submission.
Temporary show labels, dates and locations are not in saved show-day drafts. Only a stage time explicitly copied into the planner can enter its draft. The separate receipt Use current show action copies only a label and date into blank receipt fields; its own Save governs those copies.
Musician appearance and local logo
Musician appearance choices affect this open page only and are not saved. A selected PNG, JPEG or WebP logo is previewed locally in your browser; it is not uploaded or saved by this tool. Images must be no larger than 2 MB and 4096 pixels on either side. Remove logo or Reset appearance releases the local preview, and page-exit cleanup releases it too. Your browser may retain or restore page state through session recovery. Do not use confidential images on a shared browser.
Optional shortcut saving
Shortcuts are temporary by default. If you choose “Remember only my shortcuts on this browser”, the feature saves just shortcut names and website addresses in local storage under suber-work-preferences-v1. It does not save calculations or checklist progress. Saved shortcuts are not synced to an account or a SubeR shortcut server.
Anyone with access to this browser profile, including other scripts with access to the same website storage, may be able to read saved shortcuts. Never save secrets or confidential information. Browser storage is best effort and can be cleared. If saving is unavailable, a message explains that shortcuts are temporary.
Clearing information
“Clear calculations & checklist” clears the displayed entries and review checks. “Remove all work shortcuts” removes this feature’s shortcuts and saved shortcut preference. Turning shortcut remembering off removes the saved copy while leaving the current temporary list. Other SubeR settings and data are unchanged.
Apart from explicit Musician draft Load and receipt Load / Restore actions described above, SubeR does not restore calculation entries after reload, but your browser may restore form fields or a page through Back, autofill or session recovery. Clearing the page does not erase browser history, browser backups, screenshots or external records. On a shared device, follow your workplace’s browser and privacy procedures.
Text & Email Helper
Your manual brief, next step and editable message stay in this page’s memory. They are not automatically summarized, analyzed, uploaded, saved or included in Payroll backups. Copying puts your chosen wording on the device clipboard, which may be retained or synced. The separate optional AI prompt is a second local copy; clearing your message does not clear that prompt. Use each feature’s Clear button to clear its own fields.
Optional AI handoffs
The optional AI prompt stays in page memory and is excluded from workspace backups. Copying uses your device clipboard only when you choose it. Provider links carry no entered text. Pasting at a provider shares that text under its policies; remove private information and follow your workplace rules first. There is no AI API, automatic sending or automatic reply import.
Website requests and external links
Your browser requests this page, its scripts, styling, logo and local illustrative photographs from SubeR’s hosting service. The host necessarily receives normal request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers and may keep operational or security logs. This feature does not control hosting retention and does not promise anonymous browsing.
Official resources, school calendars and your shortcuts are ordinary links, not embedded services. Opening one makes a normal visit to that destination, whose own privacy policy and account requirements apply. Work links use no-referrer settings; calculator entries and your shortcut list are not added to destination links. Calendar subscriptions are not added automatically.
Optional public-section counts
Only opening the public Work hub can contribute a fixed section ID to SubeR’s first-party daily section-open totals. Work tools, role pages, Payroll and this privacy page do not contribute. No visitor ID, cookies, search text, location, page URL, calculator entries or notes are included. Use the contribution control on the hub or SubeR Home to opt out; browser DNT/GPC signals also keep contributions off. Recorded opens are not unique visitors and can include repeats or bots. The separate Most visited list stays only in this browser. Hosting still handles normal requests as described above.
