MUSICIAN / PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Plan back from stage time or fit activities around fixed commitments.
Work backwards from stage time using your own estimates. No live traffic or timezone calculation; check previous / next-day labels and confirm the plan with your venue.
Unallocated time in this plan, not confirmed availability. The entire planned span from departure through load-out stays reserved, including travel, meals and buffers. Enter every show-day duration above, including meal minutes (0 for none). This cannot find gaps inside that continuous plan.
Durations may cross midnight; days are relative to the stage-time day, not calendar dates. No timezone or daylight-saving conversion. Check actual commitments, rest and return travel yourself before using a window. These extra inputs are temporary, excluded from drafts and JSON; reload may lose them and browser recovery may retain them. No calendar connection, automatic sharing or new bookings.
Add actual fixed commitments, then find room for gaming, rest, meals or errands—even between soundcheck and the show. Gaps mean unallocated in your entries, not confirmed availability.

Open SubeR Food & meal tools (new tab) for more food choices, or open the grocery shopping list (new tab).
Choose the venue or where the artist is staying. Copy its location for delivery / pickup, or choose a food type and Find restaurants for a nearby Maps search. All external options open a new tab.
Choose a type for the nearby restaurant search below. Delivery services ask you to choose your address and food on their own site.
Find restaurants sends this location and the selected food type to Google Maps in a new tab. Or open Maps manually and paste it yourself. Check hours and contact the restaurant for dine-in or direct pickup.
Find restaurants sends this location and the selected food type to Google Maps in a new tab. Or open Maps manually and paste it yourself. Check hours and contact the restaurant for dine-in or direct pickup.
Locations are temporary: not saved in drafts or JSON. Find restaurants sends only the chosen location and selected cuisine to Google Maps. Open hotel → venue route sends both entered locations only when you choose that separate action. Delivery links never include either location or your cuisine choice. Copying puts the location on your clipboard; you choose where to paste it. Reloading may lose it; browser session recovery may retain it. Without clipboard access, select and copy the field yourself.
Options vary by location, hours and service. Confirm delivery permission, arrival time, fees and dietary needs before ordering. All three delivery services currently listed here are visible above; this is not every local service or a live availability check. Choose delivery or pickup on the service. For direct pickup or dine-in, use the nearby search and confirm with the restaurant. Check the full menu price, taxes, delivery fees and tip before ordering. Provider entrypoints checked 25 October 2026.
If the buttons stay dim, select and copy the address yourself, then use a service link or Open Maps manually below. Reloading this page clears temporary entries.
Explicit saves only, on this browser and device. Only the backwards-from-stage clock, durations and meal / gear checks are included. Whole-day fixed commitments, activities and placements are excluded. No account, upload or sharing; no timer, audio, songs, costs or other settings are saved here. Anyone using this browser can load the draft. Browser data can be cleared: export a backup. Dates, timezones and live travel times are not calculated.
Enable JavaScript to use local drafts. Nothing has been saved.
Add meal time above to include it in your departure calculation. These checks are reminders, not venue confirmations. Save them explicitly with the show-day draft if needed.
Open Food & meal tools (new tab) without losing this worksheet.
Start a visual timer for a meal, warm-up or preparation block. No sound or notifications. Hidden tabs may update late; remaining time is recalculated when you return. Do not rely on this as an alarm. Reloading clears it.

Stage time anchors the show day. Work backwards through pre-show buffer, optional meal break, soundcheck, load-in / setup, travel and extra travel buffer. A blank meal duration adds no break. Meal time is separate from the buffer; do not count it twice. Confirm the venue can accommodate this order. Work forwards through the full set and load-out. Whole minutes only, 0–1,440 for each duration; the full set must be at least 1 minute. Enter 0 for unused blocks. Use one venue-local clock throughout; timezone changes, daylight-saving changes, traffic, parking and route times are not calculated. Include only the allowances you need, once. Days are labelled relative to the stage-time day. These estimates do not guarantee departure, access, soundcheck or finish times; confirm the actual schedule with the venue or tour manager.
Temporary, on this open page only. Enter what you have confirmed, then choose Use show details to copy your stage time into the planner and label the show-day, setlist and gig-cost tools. Nothing is filled automatically.
Only clicking Open hotel → venue route sends both entered locations to Google Maps in a new tab. No background lookup or live travel estimate is fetched here. Confirm the route, travel mode and timing in Maps, then enter your own travel estimate below. No route time is copied automatically.
These header fields are not included in show-day drafts or show-day JSON; a stage time copied into the planner can still be saved explicitly by its existing draft controls. If you explicitly copy a label or date into another tool, that tool’s own save controls apply. Addresses remain temporary. Reloading may lose entries; browser session recovery may retain them. Clearing these details does not clear planner entries, address fields, saved drafts or other SubeR settings.
Addresses and stage time cannot tell us load-in, soundcheck, set length, buffers or travel duration. Enter or confirm those yourself; the planner produces estimates, not a venue-approved schedule.
MUSICIAN / FIT YOUR SET
Enter song lengths only, one per line. Add the gaps and breaks you actually plan.
Separate from the quick calculator above. Add songs and explicit pauses, then move them into playing order. Pause rows can represent a break, tuning or transition. No automatic gaps are added.
Local arithmetic, not AI. Rows stay on this page only. Optional song links are references only: no provider is contacted and no link duration is assumed. Choose your own audio file to read its duration locally, or type the exact live length. No uploads, playback or saved files. Reloading clears entries; browser session recovery may retain page text.
Up to 60 rows. Each length uses minutes:seconds, from 0:01 to 60:00. Starts are elapsed from the beginning of your set, not wall-clock times. Reordering changes starts, not the total. Undo is available for the last removal or clear until your next edit.
Use 1–60 songs, each from 0:01 to 60:00. Music time is the sum of song lengths. Gap time = (song count − 1) × your extra gap, including pairs on either side of a break. Total elapsed = music + gaps + total break time. Enter 0 where no gap or break is needed; do not count the same pause twice. Slot remaining = available minutes × 60 − elapsed seconds. Whole seconds and minutes only; no timing, playback or recording is started.
KEEP IT TOGETHER
Keep a receipt with its gig, amount and progress. Export your list when it is time to prepare an expense report.
Saved only when you choose Save, on this browser and device. No account, cloud sync, upload or AI reading. Not encrypted or a secure vault: anyone with this browser profile or same-site storage access may read it. Avoid sensitive receipts on shared devices. Browser cleanup, private browsing or a change of device can lose everything. Download a backup and keep it somewhere safe.
CSV contains the saved list, not receipt files. Full JSON backup includes the saved list and original files; neither export includes an unsaved editor. Downloads are unencrypted and may be kept or synced by your browser or device.
Enable JavaScript to organize receipts. Nothing is loaded or saved automatically.
Load saved receipts, or add an expense above.
Restore reads only your chosen file locally, checks it and asks before replacing this organizer’s saved list. Back up first. The editor and other SubeR settings stay unchanged. Delete removes a saved expense and its receipt; Undo is available until your next successful save, delete, restore, load or reload. Deletion does not erase downloads, browser backups or external copies.
Progress labels are your own notes, not approval or confirmation of submission or reimbursement. Nothing is submitted for you. Check your organization’s expense rules yourself; this is not tax advice. A receipt file cannot be verified as authentic by this tool.
MUSICIAN / CHECK YOUR COSTS
See what remains from your entered income and expenses, before tax. No rate is suggested.
Entered costs = travel + equipment + other costs. Remainder = income − entered costs. Include relevant fees, band payments and other costs once; use 0 for a category with no cost. Hourly remainder = remainder × 60 ÷ total committed minutes, rounded once to cents, with half cents away from zero. Include performance, preparation, rehearsal, travel and setup time as appropriate. Not net profit, tax advice or take-home pay: omitted costs, taxes, employment rules and payment timing are not modelled. Use one consistent gig and cost basis.
